sandy beach which gradually slopes to the sea is very child friendly
and is only 300m away.

house is located in a quiet residential area.
The
Albufera
Nature Park is worth a visit both for the bird
watching
and the walks through the park. Most
beaches provide some water sport facilities and there are several
restaurants,
shops, chemists etc.
