Situated
in the north of the island in
the
Bay of Alcudia, within the municipality of Santa Margarita is Son Serra
de
Marina, just 8 kms from the lively tourist resort of Can Picafort.
There
is a small port in Son Serra de Marina with 128 moorings and a church,
chemist,
grocers, bakers and a few restaurants.
"Casa Marti" was built in 2002 and
is on a plot which is completely fenced in. The house is 150m2 and is
built
on two floors. Son Serra de Marina has a weekly fruit and vegetable
market
and little in the way of mass tourism. it is just 600 metres from the
beach.
