municipality of Santa Margarita is Son Serra de Marina, just 8 kms from
the lively tourist resort of Can Picafort. There is a small port in Son
Serra de Marina with 128 moorings and a church, chemist, grocers,
bakers and a few restaurants.
Casa Mateu was built in 2002 and is on a plot of 250m2 and is
completely fenced in. The house itself is 100m2 and also has terraces
and garden and it is all built on the same level.
