km from the beach
The country house is located in the north of Mallorca at about 3 km
from the village of Pollensa and 5 km. from the beach. The house is
ideal of walkers and cyclists because of it's location.
The house is set up in modern countryside-style. An old and typical
stone wall separates two large terraces, there is a pool and a
built-in barbecue, surrounded by palm trees. The living surface
is approx. 200m, divided in 2 floors.
The garden is about 600m2 big. There are several terraces of which some
are roofed.
Distribution:
- 6 bedrooms, one with 2 beds of 90x190 cm in the
ground floor, 5 bedrooms in the 1st floor, 2 with double beds of
150x190 cm and 3 with 2 beds of 90x190cm each.
- 4 bathrooms, one in the ground floor with a shower,
the others in the first floor, of which 2 en suite
- Kitchen equipped with gas cookers, electric oven,
dishwasher, microwave, dining table for 6 persons, exit to the pool and
the terrace.
- Large living- and dining room with sofas and TV(not
sky), an arch separating the dining room that offers place for 6
persons.
- Roofed terrace with barbecue. Fully furnished
