Between the town
of Alcudia and the holiday resort of Can Picafort,
which are both in the Bay of Alcudia, you will find the area known as
Playa de Muro. There are 11 kms of sandy beach with shallow water which
makes it ideal for children and to practice all sorts of water sports.
The house which
covers approx. 100m2 plus terraces is situated in a
residential area next to the Albufera Natural Park. The house is
situated 800m from the beach and 400m from supermarkets, restaurants,
hospital, bus stop and taxi rank. The garden is completely fenced in
and has a pool (also fenced) (7 by 3.5m) with reclining chairs and
terrace furniture.
