The sea is only three hundred metres from the house.

A nominal deposit of €200 is required on arrival for all accommodation just in case things get broken. This deposit need not be in cash, credit card details will suffice.
You will be met on arrival in Alcudia and taken to the house any time of day or night. We will be available to give you any help you may need during your stay in Mallorca. Central heating oil if needed is charged by usage as is electricity.
