This spacious old house is situated in Bonaire, a suburb of Alcudia on the bay of Pollenca. It has stunning views across the bay of Puerto Polllensa and Formentor.. Within a five minute walk are two restaurants and  the marina. Nearby at Malpas there is a beautiful beach. and directly in front of the property the sea is very good for snorkelling.
The area is residential and quiet and yet it is only 2 km to the old town of Alcudia where the main square is ringed with small bars and restaurants.

Bonaire is part of the council of Alcudia and situated at the Bay of Pollensa. It is a residential area completely constructed on the hill. Here you find the smaller second marina of Alcudia. A divecenter is “just around the corner”. There are several restaurants and several small beaches. Alcudia was the capital of Mallorca in the roman era, with a very nice and old centre, the local market, shops and many local restaurants. In Port d’Alcudia you find the big marina, shops, international cuisine, bars, discotheques and all kinds of water sport and evening entertainment.
