is located near the old village of Pollensa, about 10 mins walk from
the old market square. The plot is surrounded by the hills
and mountains of the Tramuntana.
The distance to
the beaches of Cala
San Vincente is approx 8 km. Pollensa is famous for organising fiestas
throughout the year. Puerto de
Pollença has a marina with boats for rent. In Puerto de
Pollença are restaurants, bars and all kinds of
entertainment, such as tennis and scuba diving. The nearest golf course
is 4km.
The plot measures
about 500 m2 and in the garden you find fruit trees.
The living surface is about 150m2, with 2 terraces one of which is
covered.
