The villa is a stone-clad
property surrounded by beautiful gardens, approximately 2km from
Pollensa village.
The oak-beamed, simply furnished interior creates a
traditional, homely atmosphere although the property is quite modern.
Comfortable, pine furniture produces a bright interior in each of the
bedrooms and dining area is light, airy and furnished with a three
seater sofa and armchairs.
The lounge faces the pool and terrace.
Outside, guests can relax, wine and dine on the covered front terrace
overlooking the pool with walk-in steps. There is an air conditioning
unit in the hallway that services both bedrooms and lounge.
Please note: the property is on the opposite side
of a country
track to ref 401 and may be booked together to accommodate 8
guests. In addition we have villa 460 200 yards away which sleeps 8 and
could bring the total number of guests to 16
