The villa is located between the towns of Pollensa and the Port set back some 2 km at the foot of a small hill in a quiet area but surrounded by other villas. The accommodation is all on one floor. There is one air conditioning unit in the lounge /dining area that is sufficient for the whole property if all doors are left open. A brick built BBQ is to be found at the rear of the property with dining table and benches. A small utility area houses a washing machine. The pool is 7,5 m x 5 m with metal staircase.
