This ultra modern villa is
new to
our web site and offers sea views from the residential area of Bonaire,
one of the most sought after areas of Alcudia. Only a few kilometres
from some of the most beautiful beaches in the North of the island and
the well known golf club of Alcanada.
This property has 2 floors and consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, all
with fully fitted ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and terrace. On
the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms furnished with double beds and
a further bedroom with twin beds. The fourth bedroom is on the
ground floor and consists of twin beds.
The spacious lounge/dining room
is equipped with air conditioning, satelite and DVD. The fully
fitted kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dish
washer and washing machine.
The large furnished outside terrace along with pool and BBQ offer all
you need to enjoy dining "Al Fresco"
