Alcudia not far ( one kilometre) from
the
old town of Alcudia. It is in easy walking distance
of restaurants, shops etc., though we do recommend that you have a car
as
the local roads to the villa do not have street lights.
This villa was built in
the 1890s, and has been carefully restored and
modernised. The furniture and fittings are of high quality. There is a
tennis court which is shared with Villa Boy which is only 100 metres
away. The finca is 16.530 square metres in total. All the rooms
are quite spacious.
