This country house is situated to the north of Sa Pobla and only a ten minute drive to the beaches of Alcudia or Pollensa. The nearby village of Sa Pobla has a population of 12000 and is a thriving market town based primarily on agriculture. Throughout the year there are many fiestas etc in the town square and in the summer months there are usually free jazz festivals and dancing etc. in the square.
